Caramel popcorn

Curry and sesame potato chips

Preheat 2 baking sheets in a baking tray at 425 degrees F’ in the oven, take the baking tray out when heated. Slice the russet potatoes into thin pieces and season them with olive oil and salt. For the curry potato chips, add curry powder, and for the sesame, sprinkle sesame seeds. Place them on the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes and your snack is ready!

Cracker sandwiches

Spread peanut butter on the saltines. Top them with strawberry slices and after that drizzle with honey and top each with another saltine. This is a good quick midnight snack when you are too tired to have a late-night dinner.

Smoky pretzel mix

Mix and melt 1/2 stick butter and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and season with 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne. Add 3 cups mini pretzels and 2 cups mixed nuts. Crunchy chickpeas

Cook for 2 minutes a 15 ounce can of drained chickpeas in an ovenproof skillet and add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon cumin and 2 teaspoon paprika. Season them with salt, then bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F.

Bean roll-ups

Spread bean dip into a flour tortilla and then top it with shredded cheddar cheese and roll it up. Brush the rolls with vegetable oil and then place them on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F. After 10 minutes, take them out, plate them and serve them with salsa.

Chocolate Chow Mein

Tortellini kebabs
