The girl hated her beige kitchen floors, so she grabbed cheap, black and white vinyl tile and made an amazing kitchen transformation. I advise you to not turn up your nose right away when you hear vinyl flooring. I agree that it can be pretty ugly at times, but there are certain ways to make it visually stunning. Plus, it is a great affordable option, believe me!
It is obviously not the most contemporary of flooring choices, but it can add a fun pop of color or pattern to any room in the house.

She started by giving her floor a good clean. Normally, the classic black and white vinyl tiles are used in a checkered pattern, but she didn’t like that way so she opted for stripes. The striped pattern can definitely make the narrow room feel wider and more interesting.
And all she had to do was peel and stick down the tile, cutting some pieces in certain spots so that they would fit properly.
I advise you to make sure the first stripe you lay has a perfectly straight line, so the rest line up nicely.
